MLB Tonight "Inside Baseball"

MLB Tonight is MLB Network’s flagship show. At Lava Studio, we created the complete graphics package for the show, which consisted of over 40 different pieces, including the show open.

The goal for this project was to push the sports graphics boundaries to create a graphically-intense experience, where the viewers see the construction of an abstracted baseball from the inside out.

My contributions:

Some of my contributions for the overall package were: 3D modeling, texturing, and annimation. Rotoscope of MLB footage, VFX and final composite. Look development and software solutions R&D. This was a huge group effort. Everyone's fingers were on this at Lava Studio.
